Step 1: Select the profile of the person for whom you wish to refill a prescription. Note: if the individual is not listed, click the Add New Profile button and complete the fields to add the profile.

Step 2: Click Continue to Step 2. The prescription history for that profile displays.

Step 3: Check the box next to the prescription you wish to refill. Note: If this is the first time you are refilling a prescription online, click the Add a Refill button.

Step 4: Click the Process Refill button
